HOW IT ALL STARTED

The Urban Meadows community began in Bellville, Ohio through a dream begun with Samuel Shrock, owner of Shrock Real Estate.  He envisioned that a close knit community of high quality homes could be found at an affordable price.   He chose to develop Urban Meadows, as well, to bring contemporary design to each home while providing each one with unique features that sets them apart from one another.

Samuel Shrock relates that the community is set on a beautiful country surrounding, yet is on the edge of Bellville.  He states that he is thankful to the town’s administration for their support and excitement to see the development evolve.  He continued by reflecting on how the atmosphere, the security of the neighborhood, and exceptional quality are bonuses at Urban Meadows.
